About VPNND
VPNND is a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access. This page explains what the service offers, how to choose a route, and how information related to your use is handled.
A subscription service for cross-border access
The right exit region and route type can vary depending on whether you’re visiting international websites, using online tools, or streaming content from different regions. VPNND offers a choice of routes across 110+ countries, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited simultaneous connections. Choose a route based on the service you want to access and the device you’re using, rather than relying on the same exit for every use case.
Plans include monthly subscriptions with data that resets each month, as well as data packages that remain valid until used. See the plans page for data allowances, prices, and reset rules, and compare options based on how often you use the service.
Choosing a route and troubleshooting
Start by choosing a destination region, then consider the route type and how it performs in practice. Direct, relayed, and dedicated routes follow different paths. If your connection is unstable, first check your subscription status in the client and confirm the selected exit, then try another route that suits your needs. The server page lists regions and route types, and routes and protocols explains the trade-offs.
If the issue persists after these checks, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include your platform, the service you’re trying to access, and where the problem occurs so the team can investigate your specific case.
Privacy and data collection
VPNND follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account creation follows a data-minimization approach: no email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Information needed to manage your subscription is separate from your browsing activity. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled.
Review the service terms before getting started. The refund policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for how to request a refund and the applicable terms. For questions about plans, routes, or your account, you can continue the conversation through the support ticket portal in the user panel.
