Terms of Service

These terms apply to the international network subscription service provided by VPNND. Please read the following provisions on service scope, account management, billing, and refunds before using the service. For plan details, refer to the information on the Plans page.
Service Scope
VPNND provides international routes for cross-border access and the associated client connection service, covering 110+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route locations, connection methods, and accessible services may vary with actual network conditions. The coverage listed on this page does not mean every route will perform the same way at all times.
The service provides subscription access rights associated with an account; it does not guarantee access to any specific website or app, or any particular connection result. Users should choose routes based on their needs and make sure their devices and network environment support a connection.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and subscription links secure, and for activity on their accounts. Subscriptions can be used on the user's own devices, with no limit on simultaneous devices. This does not permit distributing an account or subscription link to others. Accounts, subscription links, and service access rights may not be resold, rented, or shared with others.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; the price difference for an upgrade mid-cycle is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Please check the plan type and data allowance before placing an order.
Acceptable Use
When using VPNND, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the terms of use of the websites and services they access. The service may not be used for illegal activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to run automated tasks that disrupt routes or other users' normal use. Users choose the content they access and are responsible for their actions.
If an account is found to be used in violation of these terms, VPNND may first restrict the relevant access and take further action based on the circumstances. Users who believe a restriction was applied in error can explain the situation through the ticket section in the user panel so it can be reviewed.
Service Availability
Cross-border connections may be affected by the user's local network, the destination service, device settings, and route status. VPNND maintains the subscription service and available routes, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or destination service will always be reachable, or that every use case will provide the same experience. If you have connection issues, try switching routes and checking your client settings, then submit a ticket through the user panel.
VPNND is not liable for indirect losses resulting from access interruptions caused by a user's device, access network, changes to a destination service, or events beyond VPNND's reasonable control. Mandatory provisions of applicable law will govern where relevant. This section does not affect the refund commitment below.
Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit a ticket through the user panel, identify the relevant order, and request a refund. VPNND will verify the request against the order and the date of the first payment. Your chosen payment method does not change this refund commitment.
Before submitting a request, make sure it is for the order you want refunded. If you have questions about plan data allowances, reset schedules, or data package rules, you can also ask through a ticket first. An inquiry does not change the application period or refund scope described here.
Termination and Changes
Users may stop using the service at any time. If an account is used for resale, sharing, or other activity that violates the acceptable-use requirements, VPNND may suspend or terminate the account's service access depending on the circumstances and notify the user through the panel. Account termination does not change obligations imposed by applicable law; refund requests remain subject to the refund rules on this page.
If VPNND changes these terms, the updated version will be published on this page and the page's update date will be revised. Please review any changes before continuing to use the service.
