Account Information and Site Analytics

Your username and password identify your account and help protect the sign-in process. No email address is required to create an account; your username and password are sufficient. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not include your password in a support ticket.

When you activate or change a subscription, VPNND needs to retain your plan, order status, summary of data usage, and related transaction records. This information is used to display account benefits, verify payments, and handle plan upgrades and refund requests. Site analytics may include the pages you visit on this website, visit times, and technical information provided by your browser. This data helps us understand how pages are used and troubleshoot site issues. These analytics relate to the official website and are not used to create records of content accessed through international routes.

Connection Data and No-Logs Policy

VPNND does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing content, or keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. These connection logs are not retained, and we do not provide account-based lookups of websites visited. The data usage summary shown in your account is used to measure subscription usage; it is not a list of websites visited.

If you submit a support ticket about an issue, its description and any screenshots you provide will be used to investigate the problem. Before submitting, check that they do not contain personal information you do not wish to share. Ticket information is handled according to the retention principles described below.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain your sign-in state, remember interface preferences, and support necessary analytics. If you clear this data, you may need to sign in again or reset your preferences. Browsers generally offer features to view, restrict, and delete this data. Restricting necessary storage may affect normal account functionality.

Payments and Order Information

VPNND supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The payment process may be handled by the relevant third-party payment provider, whose own rules govern how it collects and processes payment information. VPNND receives the transaction status and order information needed to manage orders, confirm account benefits, verify payments, and process refunds. Please read the information provided on the payment page before paying.

Order records serve a different purpose from account information and connection data. Orders must be linked to the subscription purchased so users can review transactions and submit after-sales requests. This does not mean VPNND records the websites users visit.

Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account information is used to provide the service while your account is active. Order and support ticket information is retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle requests, and meet applicable retention obligations. Once the purpose for retaining information has ended, VPNND will delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. If applicable requirements still call for some records to be retained, those records will be limited to the purposes covered by those requirements and handled once the retention basis no longer applies.

You can view available account and order information in the user panel. To access, correct, or request deletion of other personal information, please submit a support ticket through the user panel and specify the account and scope of your request. VPNND will first verify the request's connection to the account, then process information that can be deleted. If an order is still in progress or a retention obligation applies, we will explain the relevant limits.

Policy Updates

VPNND may revise this policy if service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, VPNND will notify users through an appropriate method, such as an in-service announcement. We recommend reviewing updates before continuing to use account services.
