VPNND Setup Guide
Work through the steps in order: account, plan, subscription, client, and connection. Move on to the next stage when you finish each one. The same account subscription can be used on desktop and mobile.
Create a VPNND account
Start at the free trial page in the dashboard. Set a username and password on the account page, review the prompts, and submit. VPNND does not require an email address to create an account. Your username and password are the credentials you’ll use to access the dashboard, view plans, and manage your subscription. Choose a username you can recognize that you don’t reuse with other services. Keep your password somewhere secure, and don’t include it in screenshots you plan to share publicly.
Once your account is created, open the dashboard. If you’re still on the account page, follow the prompt to log in. Check that the dashboard shows your account before browsing plans. That way, payment, subscription details, and client setup all stay linked to the same account. If you’re not ready to choose a plan, take a moment to find the Plans section and account overview for later.
The account page is for creating your account, not for finding client downloads or a subscription link. Get your subscription from the dashboard, and go to its downloads section for a client. Keeping these areas distinct makes the next steps easier to follow.
Go to the free trial page ›Choose a plan based on your data needs
After logging in, open the Plans section in the dashboard. For monthly use, compare the subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the renewal date. If your usage doesn’t follow a regular monthly pattern, consider a data package that lasts until it’s used up and never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Decide whether you prefer a monthly reset or data that’s consumed as you use it.
After choosing a plan, review the plan type, data allowance, and price on the order page in the dashboard, then pay using one of the listed methods. VPNND accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. When payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check that your order and subscription details are visible. Don’t assume the subscription is ready just because the payment page closed. If the dashboard hasn’t updated yet, refresh it and check the account overview again.
If you need to change your monthly subscription later, use the plan details in the dashboard as your guide. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Review the order details shown in the dashboard before confirming any changes. VPNND allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so choose a tier based on your data needs rather than buying separately for each device.
Open Plans in the dashboard ›Get your subscription from the dashboard
After checking your plan details, open the account overview, find your current subscription, and use the dashboard’s copy option to copy the link. The client uses this link to load your server list; it isn’t a server name you need to enter manually. Don’t paste the link into a browser address bar. You’ll use it in the client’s subscription import screen in the next step.
If you don’t see an available subscription in the overview, first check that you’re logged in to the right account, then review your order and plan status. Don’t substitute a similar-looking link from a chat or search result. If a guide shows an address like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN, it’s only a made-up example of the link format and won’t connect. Import only the subscription shown in your own account dashboard.
Choose your device after you’ve copied the link. Import locations differ across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, but the process is similar: get the appropriate client from the dashboard, find its subscription option, import the link, wait for the server list to load, and choose a route. The sections below cover platform-specific details.
View account overview ›Import your subscription into a client
Go to the client downloads section in the dashboard and choose the option for your operating system. Import and test the subscription on one device first. This makes it easier to tell whether an issue is related to the subscription, client permissions, or your current network. If you already have a client, check that it supports the subscription import method provided in the dashboard. Menu names may differ, but the steps remain the same: copy the subscription, import it, and refresh the server list.
Windows
Select Windows in the dashboard’s download section, get a compatible client as described, and install it. Open the client and look for “Subscription,” “Import,” or a similar management option instead of trying to connect from an empty server list. Choose import by link, paste the subscription copied from your account overview, and save it. Wait for the client to refresh the subscription and show the server list, then select a region. If the list is still empty, check that you copied the entire link and try the client’s subscription refresh option.
macOS
Choose the macOS client from the dashboard and install and open it as instructed on the page. The main window and menu bar controls may be separate; if you can’t find the server list in the main window, check the subscription management menu. Paste the dashboard link when adding a subscription, save it, and wait for the list to update. The first time you open the client, macOS may ask you to approve the app or network configuration. Read each prompt, then return to the client and check that the server list has loaded. Choose a region to continue.
Android
Open the dashboard’s downloads section on your Android device, choose the appropriate client, and follow the installation instructions. Find the subscription import option, paste your subscription link, confirm that the server list appears, and choose a region. On the first connection attempt, Android usually asks for permission to create a VPN connection. Read the prompt and approve it, then return to the client to check the connection status. If the connection drops after you switch apps, review your device’s battery and background activity settings, then reconnect and test again.
iOS
On your iOS device, check the dashboard for how to get the client. After installing it, open the subscription or configuration import screen. Paste the dashboard subscription link in the appropriate field, save it, and wait for the server list to load. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to approve adding a VPN configuration. Follow the prompt, then return to the client and choose a route. If you’ve approved the configuration but still can’t see any servers, check that the subscription was saved and refreshed. Avoid repeatedly creating empty configurations with the same details.
Linux users can also check the downloads section in the dashboard for the appropriate client and import instructions. Whatever platform you use, rely on the subscription and client links provided in the dashboard. This page doesn’t provide installers or usable subscription links.
Connect and check your exit region
After importing the subscription, choose a region from the server list that suits what you’re doing, then select Connect in the client. Once the client shows Connected, open the website or app you want to use and check that it loads properly. You can also check your exit region using an IP lookup site you trust and compare it with the route you selected. A changed button color alone doesn’t confirm that an app is using the expected route, so check the actual result too.
If the client stays on Connecting or disconnects soon after, first check that your device has a working internet connection. Then refresh the subscription, choose another route, and reconnect. If the client says Connected but an app still doesn’t work as expected, check whether that app is routed through the client and which mode the client is using. Apps may require different exit regions, so judge each route by how the target service behaves rather than assuming one route works the same everywhere.
After confirming the connection, you can import the same account subscription on your other devices. VPNND allows unlimited simultaneous devices. You’ll need to approve the client’s permissions and choose a route on each device. If you’re just switching devices, you don’t need to find another public link; copy your own subscription from the account overview.
Refresh routes and troubleshoot issues
For everyday use, refer to the information currently shown in the dashboard and client. If the region doesn’t match, check which route is selected. If the server list is missing, check whether the subscription was imported and refreshed. If an app still won’t connect after the client establishes a connection, check the client mode and the app’s network status. Troubleshooting one step at a time makes it easier to identify the cause than changing several settings at once.
For more on the differences between direct, relayed, and dedicated routes, or how protocols compare on mobile, during peak hours, and across different use cases, read the technical guide to routes and protocols. This page covers the basic path from account setup to connection. The technical guide goes into route selection in more depth, so you can get started without having to work through extra terminology.
If an order or subscription status in the dashboard doesn’t match what you did, log in and describe the issue through dashboard support tickets. Include the platform you’re using, the steps that led to the issue, and the status shown in the client. Before attaching a screenshot, hide your username and full subscription link. VPNND offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for the refund process and service terms.
